Delivery will be by courier or special delivery within 14 days (subject to any events that are beyond our reasonable control) dependent on size weight or special request by customer.

All products must be signed for by an adult (aged 18 years or over). The driver/postman will leave notification of delivery and customers can telephone to re-arrange delivery.

Our returns policy is simple. Within 28 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item in its original condition and packaging for a full refund. While every care will be taken to deliver the goods safely, inevitably some breakages may occur. In this event we will replace the damaged goods or, if you prefer, give you a full refund.

Please note all returned parcels must be sent back using recorded delivery. We will not accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged during their return, or postal or other costs incurred when returning goods. Unless the items where faulty when we supplied them to you and a receipt of your postage costs is included. Please write the reason for your return on the back of your despatch note. Wrap the packaging securely, enclose the packaging slip and send it to the address listed on the back of the slip. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable to pay any compensation to you, other than any refund as provided above. In particular, but without limitation, we shall not be liable to you for loss of profit, damaged to goodwill or any in direct or consequently loss or damage arising out of any damage, defect, negligence or other failing on our part unless (a) you have expressly made us aware in writing of the nature and extent of the loss or damage which may suffer in such situation and (b) we have expressly confirmed in writing that we accept liability for such matters.
Nothing in these terms shall limit any rights you may have as a customer which are not capable of being lawfully excluded or limited, nor shall it exclude or restrict our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

1. How long before I receive my order?
a. We endeavour to process all orders within 3/5 working days.

2. How secure is it for me to put my card details into the website.
a. Very Secure. As soon as your details are logged and you proceed through the checkout our server encrypts the information and it then splits your card details into two separate figures one half is kept on our computer the other remains encrypted on the server (the computer of our Hosting company) thus if our computer was ever compromised,only half the information needed by a fraudster is available and they would then have to try and find out who our Host Server was and break into their computer as well and then be able to crack the encryption. !!

3. What if the goods are damaged when I receive them.
a. You must notify us straight-away (within 5 days) so that we can submit a claim against the carrier.In any event return the goods to us for an immediate replacement.

4. What if the goods are not what I wanted?
a. Provided the item is undamaged and in the original packaging,you must return them at your own expense and we will issue a refund.

5.Why do I have to pay Postage and Packaging?
a. Sadly its a fact that you get nothing for nothing and it costs to send items both by post and carrier.This cost is kept to a minimum,but you must remember that the goods have to be wrapped well to ensure you receive them in good condition.The cost is affected by both the size and weight of the item or items. Most items fall within our standard £4.95 costing.
